Michelle is the Principal/Owner of MBRE. Michelle has over 30 years of experience in environmental studies and remediation projects, geotechnical investigations and evaluations, project oversight, engineering consultation, construction materials testing and Special Inspections for low to high-rise structures, residential and commercial developments, and municipal and industrial facilities throughout the United States and several foreign countries. Michelle received her Bachelor of Science degree in Maritime Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University and her Masters of Civil Engineering from the University of Houston. She is licensed to practice engineering in North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas. Michelle is professionally affiliated with the American Society of Civil Engineers, Post-Tensioning Institute, and American Concrete Institute.
Toby is the Construction Services Department Manager for MBRE. He provides customer support, scheduling, project management, and technician support for all CMT and Special Inspections projects. He has over 15 years of experience working as an engineering field technician on both large and small scale commercial, residential, and industrial projects. In addition, Toby provides field support for various geotechnical and environmental projects and performs testing in the laboratory. He is ACI Field Level I certified. Prior to entering the construction field, Toby owned and operated a successful small business.
Anne Marie is the Office Manager for MBRE. She oversees all accounting, human resources, and office management functions for the company in addition to providing administrative support. Anne Marie has accounting, administrative, management, and marketing experience in a variety of industries, including construction affiliated companies. She attended East Coast Bible College and was an educator in the private sector for 22 years.
